The Making of my Ahn Mao dress. Part 1

For the Ahn Mao Couture project AD 203 (the research part) and AD 208 (the making), I decided to pick the theme 'Old Greek'. with this theme I researched into Old Greek Shields and armour, Old art work and films based around this like Troy.
After looking into my theme I then had to decide how I wanted my dress to look. So I came up with a couple of ideas then picked the one I liked the best.
The one I liked the best was a one shouldered low draped dress with a leather corset that when underneath.
The next step was to construct the dress, It took many attempts to get there.

I when through loads of different toiles to get the front of the dress right it was really difficult to do.

But in the end I eventually got it. This is the toile of my final dress all I needed to do was make it up properly,
and then do my corset.
